Do you find yourself at the intersection of career ambition and family life? Then, this blog is crafted for you. Let’s be honest; even today, this still means defying societal norms and challenging stereotypes that limit our potential. On top of this, navigating the complexities that a career and motherhood bring on their own, let alone combined, can be a challenge. The good thing is we are said to be great at multitasking, just to throw in a stereotype of my own.

As a mother of four (expecting my fifth), an entrepreneur, and manager – no I don’t refer to my team at home, but a team of global experts working for Germany’s largest software company—I would like to share my experience with you. It pains me that I see way too few women aspiring to go into management roles (with and without kids), and the ones who do usually believe they cannot start a family while actively pursuing their career.

Instead, I illustrate how having children can contribute to developing essential management skills, enhancing your capabilities as an employee, or even paving the way for you to become your own employer. Moreover, I’ll guide you on the path to earning greater appreciation and financial success throughout this unique journey.
