when I became a mother for the first time I was running my consulting company, had employees to manage in Germany and Singapore and clients across the globe. I would lie if I told you that I had much time to read blogs or do other things than take care of my business. However, I knew deep down that I would be fine once my son was born. Now that my family has grown as much as I have personally I have moved from a career as an entrepreneur to a management position in a large global Software company.
In the last years I have become more and more interested in the topic how motherhood and career can thrive together.
